Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for actively managing client portfolios by understanding client needs, applying consultative selling and developing appropriate product solutions.
  • Led the origination and client relationship management for a portfolio of Financial Institutions and Government Clients in the Caribbean Region.
  • Implementing and supporting ongoing client strategy and coordinating cross sell opportunities with other lines of business
  • Developing and managing the pipeline of opportunities, and meeting annual sales revenue targets
  • Drives for results, leveraging on internal and external network and resources, knows the impact of the market, builds partnerships with customers, thinks strategically and anticipates consequences, manages and controls selling situations and opportunities
  • Management of the entire sales process from selling to full implementation (including proposals, contract negotiation, documentation and coordinating product partners and implementation teams)
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with Credit, Legal and Compliance and other key stakeholders
  • Participation in external industry conferences, ensure market visibility for the JPM franchise
