The responsibility of the sales team is to maximize Selina’s total revenue by participating in new distribution channels, increasing direct sales, looking for new partnerships and group deals.

The Sales Implementation Agent contributes through the following tasks and responsibilities :

The responsibility of the sales team is to maximize Selina’s total revenue by participating in new distribution channels, increasing direct sales, looking for new partnerships and group deals.

Assist sales team with implementation of new contracts. Data entry and content upload to own and third party systems to enable sales through different channels.

Contact client support when needed to complete implementation tasks. Work together with Connectivity team to deliver tasks on time.

Prioritize tasks to deliver timely results and according to the most important business needs of the sales department. Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.

Superior written and oral communication skills, customer relationship oriented. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities for self.

Being able to coordinate / lead processes and track productivity. Eager to learn about new platforms of sales, or already have knowledge would be a plus (CRM, Booking, Expedia, Hostelworld, Tripadvisor, etc.

An entrepreneurial can-do’ attitude facilitated by continuous learning.
