Better requires process discipline and simplification

We’ll be looking to you to provide day-to-day operational support as part of Western Union’s HR Department. This includes help with the whole employee cycle, from induction / onboarding through termination / offboarding.

You’ll also be responsible for inputting monthly payroll for assigned countries and entering updates / changes in Workday and other internal systems, e nsuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status .

You will collaborate with HR Leader, HR Generalist, and other business units to support business objectives to improve employee retention, satisfaction, and engagement.

For such a pivotal role, you’ll ideally have a bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field and experience with HRIS systems and time recording systems.

You’ll also possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and be proficient in MS Office programs. Self - starter with the ability to be resourceful, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously , and maintain a high level of confidentiality .

The English language is a must.
