What you’ll achieveIn this opportunity you will be working as member of the Global Storage Sales Programs and Strategic Initiatives team.

The team is responsible to drive and measure key initiatives for the Storage business contributing to more than 60% of its revenue.

This is an opportunity in a key business area where you will support the organization in the design, deployment and management of global sales programs and initiatives.

We are seeking for a candidate with strong analytical, problem solving, process-oriented and communication skills to work in a cross functional way and provide insights to our key stakeholders.

You will : Design models to forecast programs and initiatives goals and impact to the businessGuide the creation of reports and dashboards to support sales teams and key stakeholders on understanding performance and driving actionEnsure global consistency across the different programs and initiativesIdentify issues and propose processes improvementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales, Sales Operations, Business Unit and MarketingTrack execution of different Business Priorities for the yearTroubleshoot performance of a certain programs & initiatives, line of business or customer segmentTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.

  • Here’s what we are looking for with this role : Essential Requirements 5 to 8 years of related experienceGood understanding of sales processes, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsCapacity to prioritize and handle workloads for critical project timelines in a fast-paced environmentExperience working towards set timelines and Flexibility to quickly adapt to new challengesDrive for results, action orientation and ability to learn on the flyFlexibility to quickly adapt to new challenges and Advanced Microsoft Office experience Excel, PowerPointDesirable Requirements Bachelor’s degreeData visualization experience Tableau / PowerBiHere’s our story;
