In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be part of the Philips People Services (PPS) team and function as an HR services expert regarding all aspects of data and payroll processing, supporting the Latin America (LATAM) operation.

You are responsible for (but not limited to)

  • Processing changes in employee status, cost center changes, pay, etc.
  • Performing standard HR Master Data changes in line with compliance, data privacy and service levels requirements.
  • Approving, rejecting, re-submitting or escalating transactions based on policies and guidelines
  • Responding to external / internal requests for information.
  • Supporting delivery of reports within scope.
  • Filing employee-related documentation and maintaining employee files and records.
  • Managing and recording document flow.

    The Philips People Services team and Latin America (LATAM) HR Team

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree in Administration, Human Resources or similar.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Payroll administration background
  • Knowledge of Argentina local legislation and / or multi-country payroll experience
  • Intermediate English skills.
  • Process oriented
  • Problem solving mindset and approach.
  • Workday is a plus
  • Experience in Shared Service Center is a plus

    The PPS LATAM team is comprised of 4 team members working from the Panama Hub. This is a collaborative, dynamic and diverse team that aims to provide superb service and takes pride in the positive, fun and respectful environment within the team.
