In this role, you have the opportunity to
Ensures the correct execution of the Accounts Payable process in accordance with the process charter. Monitors and coordinates the execution of the entire Purchase to Pay (P2P) process for LATAM and North America regions.
You are responsible for
Oversee monthly financial closing and other accounting processes in PTP scope
Accountable for the operational performance of ORUs within the market
Accountable for effectively reviewing the ICS controls in PTP scope
Interacts actively with HoF and key stakeholders of the markets on PTP-related issues
Lead teams of PTP specialists and own operational performance, coaching, and development of this team
Responsible for PTP resourcing processes, including engaging and retaining talent, staffing, performance management, training etc.
Implement and train teams on new directives and policies implemented
Identifying and implementing ongoing process improvements
Providing content expertise to team members as appropriate
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor or Master’s degree in a Business Economics, Finance and / or Accounting orientated study
8 - 15 years of working experience with financial control, management reporting, and business analyses
Advanced technical skills in Excel, SAP, and reporting & analytical tools
Ability to influence external & internal counterparts and partners
LEAN Capability, strong analytical and communication skills.
Languages : English is a must / Spanish and Portuguese desirable.
