About the role
As the Commercial Supervisor & Ecommerce Champion, you will be accountable for creating value through driving sales and developing strong relationships with key customers in your dedicated area.
You will create the legacy of Bacardi and drive the company’s presence and growth in the region. You will be involved in decision-making with an impact on the business.
For this role, you must be self-confident, with personal drive and a strong work ethic to proactively seek opportunities for our brands.
Commercial & Ecommerce knowledge as well as ability to develop strategic relationships with multiple cultures and distributors with strong focus on executing with excellence will be key to your success in this role.
Execution with excellence of our Integrated Activity Plans (IAP) in all channels of your markets of responsibility working closely with our distributor’s commercial teams, Bacardi Customer & Consumer Marketing Primos & Local Ambassadors.
Support the process of the annual Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) by providing relevant insights from a commercial and market perspective that enable the development of the correct JTBD and initiatives.
Manage territory / channel / account business performance, working with distributor teams to ensure delivery of commercial and financial objectives (NSV, GP, AR collections, sales volume, distribution, execution, etc ) as established in the IAP and internal financial plans.
Follow up on collection of monthly data from distributors (Sales, Inventories, Pricing, etc ) as well as continuous monitoring of information such as inventories in distributors, pricing vs competitors in key channels and sales of all our brands per SKU in the markets of your responsibility to identify opportunities and / or avoid stockouts.
Create and ensure the integration of innovative Ecommerce strategies in the JBPs of key customers of defined key markets (PA, CR & GT) for the Ecommerce channel development of CACEM.
Build, manage and maintain effective long-term relationships with customers of our On / Off trade channel, distributors of all our portfolio of brands & Ecommerce key customers.
Lead & give follow up with CACEM commercial primos to secure excellence in execution of the Ecommerce channel within key customers in PA, GT & CR (AVQPAP).
To be the local Digital Commerce expert & help build broad organizational expertise in alignment with the regional and global teams.
Provide continuous input to the Commercial and Marketing leadership team of CACEM on key channel, customer, consumer and competitor information of your markets.
Support the CACEM leadership team in the construction process of our monthly IBP & M&E regional reports. Lead Ecommerce reporting analysis and data collection from distributors of the cluster thru commercial primos.
Follow up on distributors' order placement and their fulfillment within lead times with our supply teams.
Communicate frequently & effectively with customers & consumers to seek inputs for product and service improvement to capitalize in opportunities or solve any issue required.
Ensure measurement & evaluation culture within our distributors to maximize ROI of our A&P resources.

Skills and Experience
3-5 years minimum experience in sales, brand plan execution & digital commerce.
Strong negotiation skills.
Strong consumer & customer focus
Verbal / written skills at all levels in an organization; ability to generate meaningful presentations
Degree and / or professional marketing / business qualifications
Proficiency in English
Ability to work under pressure and deal with ambiguity to solve issues related to the business.
Strong analytical skills (able to identify business opportunities & insights).
Experience in the Luxury category and Spirits and / or Beverage Industry is an advantage
