The Manager, LAC will manage and deliver special projects across the region with a focus on Project Management and Communication.
The incumbent will create and implement action plans to ensure a greater member experience and the increase of external awareness.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages the delivery of special projects across the region using a blend of project management best practices (processes and tools) and personal experience, including the portfolio of the Member Products and Growth Directors.
Serves as the account manager for EO Brazil Area.
Builds dashboards and dashboard reporting structure / format that will provide critically important data to ensure projects are on track.
Supports the renewal campaign, in collaboration with other team members.
Supports translations initiatives.
Identifies strategies to promote member engagement and proactively seek solutions to boost member interest in the Area of Brazil.
Answers questions and assists members and member leaders from the region to ensure a stronger membership experience.
Communicates the benefits of multiple EO programs with chapters / members and encourages engagement and participation.
Increases Social Media presence for the region (creation and management of regional profiles in LinkedIn, IG, and FB).
Creates and implements an action plan to incorporate lead generation as a new way to increase our external awareness and to support the growth strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Technically savvy with an ability to learn and use / deploy new systems quickly.
Experience in hosting an online conference calls and virtual meetings.
Experience with online collaborative tools ie. Same Page, Slack, etc.
Marketing, PR, and Social Media (basic design ability is a plus).
Lead generation & market research experience
Project management experience (ability to prepare project documentation to show weekly status reports, KPI’s).
Creating and maintaining detailed project plans including identifying target milestones.
Ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of change.
Strong proactive communication skills (internally & externally).
Efficient and highly effective communicator, both written and verbal.
