About the role Purpose Provides executional support to the Supply Chain optimization projects in CCA, where Supply becomes an integral part of the business development with our distributors and addressed through continuous learning, strong training programs, continuously Improved Processes, documented SLA’s and precise data management for the constant change needs in the Customer Service process.

Supports the Customer Collaboration Agenda in CCA with the ultimate goal of driving top and bottom-line growth jointly with our customers, and also keep leading the Customer Improvement agenda.

The analist will do so by : Understanding and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain, Diageo and our customers’. Look for efficiencies and simplifications in all the processes, controls, standards related with the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process in Customer Service, Logistics and Planning.

Benchmarking other markets and industries to bring best practices. Financial Responsibility Accountable to implement on time and in budget the strategic projects around : Operational Logistics Cost Overheads OTC Costs Working Capital improvements Service Improvements Sales Forecast Accuracy improvements Quality Assurance Ensuring appropriate inventory levels via accurate VMI Plans (NSV impact) with distributors and ensuring accurate signals is sent to supply Manage own T&E operating budget and is expected to adhere to all related policies.

Leadership Responsibility Reports to Customer Collaboration Manager, CCA This position needs to work very closely and be highly interconnected with the CCA Commercial teams and Customer Collaboration manager, CCA.

This position will also interact very frequently with the distributors, Global Route to Consumer (RTC) Teams, Centre of Excellence (CoE) Move / Logistics and Planning, Operational Excellence (OPEX), Procurement, OTC, OTC Governance, Commercial / sales teams, Customers and Diageo Business Services (GDBS).

This role must develop amazing relationship and network, as well as being a catalyst to promote Excellence in everything we do.

Key Outputs / Deliverables Supports the customer collaboration journey aligned to the CCA 2030 Strategy. Supports the annual customer collaboration program on a project base.

The Customer Collaboration program will have a joint-ambition with the customers and will be organized across 6 main workstreams Improved predictability Lean OTC Efficient End-to-End Cost-to-Serve Optimized End-to-End Working Capital Improved Sell-out-focused Service levels Guaranteed End-to-End Quality Assurance Complete the implementation of the annual customer collaboration program, including proposals on Resources (systems, hardware, people) Governance Model and communication (visibility of programs & progress) Alignment with the Commercial and Supply Agendas, understanding the needs by our customers and internal partners (commercial teams and General Managers) Business Cases, pre and post-approval follow-up Complete the implementation of the Process Improvement action plan : Capability Agenda completed time and with all participation required.

100% SLA’s are documented and aligned with partners and customers All KPI’s and reporting reports are generated on time and in alignment with business requirements Actions implemented as a consequence of the Customer Satisfaction survey feedback.

Drives continuous improvements in business processes via critical thinking, sharing of standard methodologies, and ensuring appropriate alignment with cross functional teams Balancing the demands of Sales and Supply Chain goals while maintaining excellent service Lead regular collaborative meetings with internal and external partners to ensure optimal service Proactively handle exceptions outside of the order process, including but not limited to Distributor issues, quality issues, and product transfers Provide insight into collaboration opportunities with our Distributors and see through to execution Supervise and ensure on-time flow of product from Diageo plants and 3rd party suppliers Acts as the 1st point of escalation for Commercial / Sales teams Qualifications and Experience Required 3+ years of experience in significant supply chain roles (i.

e. logistics, customer service and project management) in leading global CPG companies Highly motivated; hardworking, capable of working in a fast-paced environment Understanding of logistics and inventory management concepts Strong organization and planning skills Solid analytical capabilities, strategic thought and problem solving skills Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to build strong customer relationships and lead customer expectations Ability to collaborate with internal and external Distributors across various levels of the organization Experience working with Commercial Teams and developing supply chain initiatives with a customer and / or cost-improvement focus Experience in working on project to reduce costs, improve customer service in the supply chain arena.

Strong analytical and logical approach to problem solving that generates cost-effective and commercially viable solutions / Good level in RCPS, LEAN and project management, good change management.

Demonstrated experience working in SAP environments and used to different supply chain management technologies : WMS, EDI, Demand Planning Tools, ARIS, etc Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and web-based applications APICS affiliation a plus Bachelor's degree is required.
