This role will provide various Controls & Compliance services to the ELC Global Finance community, working closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and execute accordingly.
These areas include but are not limited to the Sarbanes-Oxley program, Controls Implementations / Assessments, Master Data maintainance, Continuous Control Monitoring and Controls Issue Management.
This role will also ensure proper set up of GRC to accommodate the required regulations, workflows and roles within the system.
Create and maintain SAP GRC Process Control including :
Master Data maintenance
Troubleshoot functional issues
Create and maintain SAP GRC master data and provide the necessary technical expertise to release automated assessments.
Monitor the system from a security perspective to confirm role assignments, validity dates and ID status of end users.
Perform UAT tests production, quality, development, and testing environments to ensure the proposed solutions satisfy the business needs.
Create and maintain Continuous Control Monitoring Business Rules and Data sources for the SAP GRC PC solution.
Schedule assessments and monitor status
Work with IT and business users to facilitate questions and oversight of GRC issues resolution.
Work hand by hand with the C&C team in order to align the global structure and hierarchy in SAP GRC with the business needs.
Provide support to C&C Stakeholders troubleshooting possible issues within SAP GRC.
Administer SAP GRC configuration, master data, workflows
Output measure (used to measure the success of a system)

Degree : System engineer
Minimum Years of Experience : 3-5
Fully bilingual, English and Spanish.
