You are responsible for
Basic knowledge of Product involved in our Services offer
Basic knowledge of our internal processes to solve issue
Quality System and basic Problem solving tools
Able to present simple case to management team
Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
Work dependently in the performance of own work and takes decisions with regard to planning, execution and quality.
Quality before quantity to be delivered
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
2+ years of experience in the order management, logistics or related
Basic knowledge of SAP
Customer Service experience
Functions as an active member of the team and shares knowledge and experience to resolve customer issues.
Communicates with and helps other team members resolve issues
Shares knowledge and experience with the team
Provides a positive, cohesive company image when discussing Philips with internal and external customers
Takes ownership of the customer support experience through support as a resource to the goals of the team
