What's The Role? Leads the execution of the Mobile Operations strategy for all operating units and ensure all operational requirements are met so that each Opco can meet all operational KPI’s defined for each market.

Defines the processes and assures adherence by all the mobile operations teams across the LLA footprint. Coordinates with the Mobile Operations Managers to ensure best practices are being followed in all markets and all preventive maintenance routines are being executed so that mobile outages can be avoided.

What You'll Do? Develop a comprehensive operational plan based on multiple inputs from the different operating unit. Handle multiple budgets and make sure all Purchase Orders are completed and proper receiving of goods and services are completed.

Ensure proper quality controls are put in place during operational activities. Acts as first point of escalation for any operational issues.

Provide monthly operational updates for every operating unit. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure complete operations plan is defined for every mobile platform.

Lead the completion of acceptance test protocols for proper delivery to operations. Establish Operational Excellence Program for Mobile Platforms.

Skills & Abilities : Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, translating complex technical language into high level executive narrative.

Experience working in cross-functional, international teams. Project management skills, including the ability to lead and prioritize a diverse set of multiple and complex milestones and activities Strong record of people management (direct or indirect) including communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external working partnerships at all levels through a collaborative approach.

Demonstrate strong influencing and persuading skills, encourage colleagues and teams to change established processes and achieve improvements and best practice.

Timeliness in all actions with quality consciousness towards services received and provided. Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to form strong business relationships across multiple locations.

Ability to drive stakeholder engagement and buy-in across geographically disparate organizations. Fluent in English and Spanish.

Knowledge & Experience : Bachelor’s in engineering or Information Technology and / or comparable technical engineering degree.

PMP, PRINCE2, or other Project Management Certification preferred. 7+ years’ combined experience working in Mobile Engineering and Mobile Operations.

Project management and Mobile Engineering or Mobile Operations experience. Demonstrable experience working in a large telecom in a complex operational environment leading cross-functional teams.

Experience engaging effectively with executive and senior level management. Experience and appreciation of working in a customer focused environment essential.
