We're seeking an exceptional Project Manager Sales Channel Partners to join our team. This position will have a regional impact, therefore we’re looking for a professional that can perform in a multicultural and international work environment.

What does the role involve?

Implement projects with focus on sales operation streams (Logistics, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, etc) on a regional basis with team members around the whole organization in different market organizations and different cultures.

What you need is :

  • Have a university bachelor degree. Msc,or MBA (optional)
  • Has a proven track record in project management (project leader) with at least 3 years of working experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with sales channel partners.
  • Participate in the definition process / implementation of selection of new partners and partner management.
  • Understands technologies and technical details necessary for interaction with Business Units
  • Has change management experience
  • Is an achiever and gets things done meaning has implemented projects - not only on a theoretical (conceptual) level (mandatory)
  • Has social skills (soft skills)
  • Is fluent English
  • Is fluent in Portuguese (plus)
