Responsible for a specific location, department or product, our teams drive marcom strategy from making budget recommendations to defining roadmaps and informing content themes.
Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dell’s product marketing and messaging team with game-changing feedback.
At the highest level, they develop and drive marketing policies and activities, from market research through brand management and product development to pricing.
Key Responsibilities Acts as subject-matter expert on business processes of assigned area Interfaces with business areas to provide solutions and tools to build and strengthen business processes.
Works with customers to define business requirements while designing, developing and testing moderately complex knowledge capture processes and engineer elaborate workflows, search capabilities and measurement approaches.
Collaborate with stakeholders and business users to identify Data collection and CDI enhancements and actively participate in the management of any related projects Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents and provide timely and meaningful feedback Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases Essential Requirements 5+ years Strong technical skills (SQL, SAS, Jira, XLS) required 5+ years of proven experience in data analytics is required Ability to interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings 1-3 years of experience in CRM or Customer-related data management experience Experience analyzing Marketing vehicle or campaign performance, optimizing customer Strong communication skills including marketing-oriented acumen, written and verbal presentations Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet project timelines Desirable Requirements 3 - 5 years of proven experience in creating reports, graphs, and presentations Experience in SAS MA, UNICA or other marketing automation tool Benefits We offer highly competitive salaries, bonus programs, world-class benefits, and unparalleled growth and development opportunities all to create a compelling and rewarding work environment.
