Global IT Systems Support and Project Coordinator
A Support and Implementation Agent will be in charge of supporting location requests through Email, Slack, Freshservice and supporting Location Openings System Implementation.
Most of your responsibilities are (but not limited to) :
Deliver Global Location System Support for : Winks, Lavu and Marketman, level one and two, achieving establish KPIs
Manage Fresh Service Website
Build Content on Fresh Service
Deliver necessary trainings to location to reduce support contact
Escalate issues to Third Level of Support, Developers and System Account Managers
Collect Contact Information through reports, analize and work on possible solutions to reduce support contact : training, system change request, new feature request.
Prepare and deliver training for specific scenarios.
Requesting New Accounts for Openings
System Configuration support for Opening Location.
Drive Projects related to support enhacement
Support on Administrative Management Tasks such as : Netsuite and financial controls
Project Management and Coordination for Global IT Projects
Working on Selina for at least the past 12 months
Customer Service Experience
Bilingual 70% (Spanish and English)
Basic Training Experience
Ability to adapt to change
Ability to work on a fast paced environment
