In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better
Senior Specialist Print and Collaboration is E2E accountable to bring technical expertise in large-scale enterprise-grade print services like Xerox and Microsoft 365 like SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Apps for Enterprise, etc.
Responsible for daily management on Microsoft Teams, coordination with and between suppliers when needed, and informing relevant stakeholders on progress.
You are responsible for
Manage or handle part of the E2E Planning, design, build, test, deploy and run the platforms for both Functional and non-functional requirements in line with planned budget, resources, and timelines, working effectively with partners and Philips staff.
Ensure KPIs are met if not start service improvement
Reduction of critical incidents that lead to unplanned downtime of the system or critical functionality.
Responsible for the lifecycle management of the Platform including cost management, Security, and Compliance guidelines.
Participate or lead in internal capability-building initiatives, Sourcing, and Utilization Management.
Interface with the other platform teams wherever required and ensure delivery of business demands.
Enable the business by using best practices, tools, techniques, methodologies like Lean, Agile, DevSecOps and save costs and efforts to both IT and business.
Organize Partner Teams in line with Sourcing contracts, manage their delivery, service, and finance performance.

You are a part of
Expert team, with demonstrated success in guiding the development and implementation of a Global Printing and Collaboration service.
To succeed in this role, you will need a customer-first attitude and the following
Systems Engineering or related Bachelor’s degree, or master's degree
Competency in office printing environment especially Xerox machines. Exposure to print servers, especially Cirrato.
Print fleet refreshes or migration.
Microsoft Universal Print service.
Admininistration level in Microsoft 365 environment : Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Yammer.
Advanced English skills
ITIL V4, SCRUM, and DevOps knowledge
