You are responsible for
but not limited to)
Processing changes in employee status, cost center changes, pay, etc.
Payroll administration in collaboration with third party vendors.
Performing standard HR Master Data changes in line with compliance, data privacy and service levels requirements.
Approving, rejecting, re-submitting or escalating transactions based on policies and guidelines
Responding to external / internal requests for information.
Supporting delivery of reports within scope.
Filing employee-related documentation and maintaining employee files and records.
Managing and recording document flow.
You are part of
The Philips People Services team and LATAM HR Team.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor or equivalent degree in Administration, Human Resources or similar.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
Payroll administration background in Panama is required.
Multi-country payroll experience is preferred.
Advanced English skills.
Problem solving mindset and approach.
Workday knowledge is a plus.
Experience in Shared Service Center is a plus.
