Monitors bookings and optimizes space by adjusting allocation between load ports, regions as well as ad hoc route adjustments
Adjusts cargo loading (rolling, re-routing) in conjunction with Cluster TNM / UTM
Manages local allocations in coordination with the region
Optimizes usage of space on all mother vessels and strings
Participates in and coordinates new deployments with Trade and Marketing leads and works on capacity for long-term or short-term deployment
Supports execution of empty flow plan within MVS by coordinating intensely with equipment manager
Liaises with the capacity team as and when third party space is required
Seeks to optimize the overall utilization of all services within MVS
Seeks to optimize bookings and create optimal allocation adjustments between load ports and services as well as ad hoc route adjustments within MVS
Executes all cargo loadings (rolling, re-routing) in conjunction with UTM within MVS
Within MVS : Supports execution of empty flow plan by coordinating intensely with equipment manager
Within MVS : Delivers input for coordination of new deployments with TnM as well as long term deployment of capacity
Identifies and suggest continuous improvement possibilities in the ways of working
Identifies and executes cost reductions through the SmartOPS process within the team
We are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Operations teams
2+ of experience in the Shipping and Logistics Industry
Office intermediate proficiency
English advanced at professional proficiency
Team-worker person with the ability to work in multicultural teams across the organization
Ability for decision making in different scenarios
Excellent analytical skills
