Job Description

The Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Manager will be responsible for delivering comprehensive levels of analysis across the various business lines in the Caribbean and Latin America, taking end-to-end ownership of market performance, as well as business partnering the B2C function to drive and evolve B2C business analysis across the group.

The FPA Snr Manager will also facilitate the delivery of accurate forward-looking forecasts, as well as support the preparation of company-wide performance presentations.

  • End-to-end ownership in partnering key markets in order to deliver meaningful performance analysis, as well as drive better commercial insight to help with key decision making
  • Business partner B2C commercial team, supporting exec level B2C leads, as well as B2C CCO, in delivering business performance insight and driving decision making through providing commercial finance analysis.
  • Deliver improvements in forecasting accuracy for specific markets, specifically in the short term, as well as validate submissions utilizing both business knowledge and central forecasting tools
  • Deliver improvements in B2C forecasting accuracy for group, specifically in the short term, as well as validate submissions utilizing both business knowledge and central forecasting tools
  • Take ownership of the monthly reporting package which includes full financial statements, comprehensive key performance indictor (KPI) reporting, operational dashboard reporting, analysis of key business trends, performance variance analysis, and thorough executive level explanation of any differences
  • Drive evolution of analysis provided collaboratively across finance and business intelligence in order to track ROI performance and help produce better investment decision making
  • Develop financial processes and outputs led by FPA analysis team, for the purpose of producing financial plans and analysis which link to the strategic objectives
  • Create and maintain relationships with local finance teams to ensure quality deliverables and proper information flow
  • Support quarterly external reporting requirements, including earnings releases and earnings call presentations
  • Exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments as they are identified and to assist with various ad hoc projects
  • Bachelor degree required at minimum, MBA would be a plus.
  • CPA or any other accountancy qualification are a plus.
  • A minimum of 7 years post-graduate experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive improvements to ongoing analysis and deliverables.
  • Highly confident in MS Excel and PPT, specifically financial modeling, forecasting and can produce commercial finance analysis to a very high standard.
  • Experience with Oracle HFM / Essbase is desirable.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • Can deliver presentations to medium sized groups in a clear and coherent manor.
  • Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus strong organization skills.
  • Lateral thinker who is highly engaged and will take a leading role to suggest alternative approaches, as well as demonstrate initiative to improve on team deliverables.
  • Deliver results to a high standard, under strict deadlines, within a fast-paced working environment, as well as the ability to juggle different workloads and multitask under pressure.
  • The ability to foster new relationships relatively easily and partner with local finance teams to collaborate on deliverables.
