What's The Role?

As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will be responsible for Liberty marketing automation strategy, supporting the implementation of Emarsys, the marketing automation platform in new markets, and supporting use cases where already implemented by fully leveraging its capabilities.

Working closely with designers, marketeers, and project managers this role will implement all strategic and operational initiatives related to the marketing automation platform.

What You ll Do

  • Responsible for the Marketing Automation Strategy for Liberty Latin America group.
  • Lead the deployment and implementation of Emarsys as a marketing automation platform across markets, working closely with Marketing technology, IT, Data warehouse, Local Marketing and vendors to ensure timely rollout of capabilities.
  • Responsible for email marketing program development and supporting local markets in their execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.
  • Define marketing automation use cases for upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention initiatives.
  • Work with Customer Experience teams to design user flows and automated journeys.
  • Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance reports to the marketing team.
  • Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting and analyse campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
  • Plan and perform A / B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs / campaign ROI, and sales growth.
  • Preferred education / qualifications :

  • BS / BA degree in Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or similar.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Specific Knowledge & Experience :

  • 5+ years in marketing automation.
  • Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices.
  • Previous experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Optimizely, etc).
  • Strong independent project management skills.
  • Skills & Abilities :

  • Excellent numeracy, data handling and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness at working in a cross-functional, matrix organization to project manage and deliver results.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously for different teams targeting different audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, English and Spanish, ability to form strong business relationships across multiple locations.
  • Proven ability to operate flexibility in complex and dynamic working environment.
  • Team player with the ability and desire to work out problems when they occur.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across various departments within the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills experience with reporting and data analysis.
