RE / MAX Regional Franchise Sales Representative - Salary : $2,000 + commissions (TBD)
As a Franchise Sales Representative, you will generate and qualify leads for franchise opportunities for the RE / MAX Real Estate brand in Panama.
Your responsibilities :
Identify potential franchise candidates
Contact and qualify local agents who may become office owners and are ready for the next step in their careers, seeking passive income and a better lifestyle.
Develop relationships with a local network of real estate offices
Discuss possibilities with existing local real estate offices (i.e. Merger & acquisition, conversion to the RE / MAX brand)
Identify, negotiate and assist with the opening of 20 new offices in the region.
Demonstrated Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and oral.
Experience in a cold-calling environment with proven sales success
Bachelor's degree in business and / or a minimum of 5 yrs. experience in franchise sales or real estate sales
Stellar in-person, telephone and virtual presentation skills
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, territory management and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated proficiency in reading financial statements
Tech-savvy : Excel, Word, PPT, virtual technology, social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, IG and similar applications.
Proven success in meeting / exceeding monthly / quarterly and annual growth targets
Superb time management skills with demonstrated ability to meet desired objectives with minimal supervision.
Working knowledge of complex real estate operations and their budget
