The Rol :
Assure 100% compliance with customers’ visits matrix to keep it updated and to use it as a tool through Channel One.
Ensure that objectives in terms of availability, volume, margin, OOS and product freshness are satisfactorily achieved in all outlets to satisfy customer and consumer needs.
Negotiate with outlets that allow for the maximization of POP communication in terms of merchandising, aligned to the established strategy by Marketing Communications Team.
Constantly monitor brands performance in the outlets (BAT and competition) to provide relevant information for decision making.
Promote volume in key outlets by supervising and controlling over selling by the DR or Third Party Distributor (TPD) by setting volume targets and evaluating actual sales.
Increase total market and ASU30 share by implementing own activities and coordinating / supervising selling out activities in cases where External Agencies are used.
Implement trade activities in the allocated stores to achieve objectives at customer and consumer levels specified in cycle planning, that positively affect the consumer disposition funnel.
Represent the company properly to the owners of key outlets to provide the right attention and complement the service of the sales force.
Coordinate with sales reps the expected level of service to customers as well as the implementation of activities and promotions at the POS.
Generate and propose ideas for the development of activities at the POS that allow the company to generate added value to the customer and contribute to volume increase.
Analyze the information coming from customers and recommend action plans to improve performance of our brands at the POS.
Supervise DR / TPD to ensure optimal level of stock at any point in time within the outlet.
Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or related discipline.
Bilingual English Spanish.
Two years of experience in similar positions.
Mandatory License of manual car.
