This role is critical in providing support for the ELC Procure to Pay (PTP) organization, carrying out Accounts Payable management strategies across a global, regional and local scope, towards the following responsibilities and areas of work :

Operational Excellence

Oversee Third Party Provider in the carrying out of AP management strategies for global portfolio

Provide Third Party Provider with guidance and assistance for day to day AP management activities

Delivery of services including but not limited to Travel & Expense (T&E) Support, Vendor Maintenance, Policy Governance, and AP Aging analysis and reporting

Provide Root Cause Analysis in case of incidents in operations

Owner of process documentation for operations management

Portfolio Management

Support global project management roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives in close collaboration with P2P Global and Regional Process Owners

Testing and implementation of new processes, ideas and / or technologies

Lead RPA / AI Governance structure within OneSource Finance Panama

Value realization for each project to ensure best in class business outcomes

Performance & Business Insights

Monitor adherence to Third Party Provider Service Level Agreements

Drive insights and actions from KPI’s and PPI’s leading to business outcomes

Develop and implement Business Analytics to drive insights around Working Capital management

Provide Cost to Serve analysis to optimize activity placements


Minimum Education level : Bachelors in Accounting / Finance / Administration

Minimum Years of Experience : 5 years

Travel Time : 5%

Required Language Proficiency : Fully bilingual (native or near native)

ERP knowledge (SAP preferable)

Accounting knowledge and understanding of Financial statements

Experience driving and monitoring performance, including balanced metrics and reporting frameworks

Ability to lead a team and manage multiple people effectively

Data and SLA commitment driven supporting scalable solutions to support an ever-changing business environment in ELC’s due diligence processes

Continuous improvement and service-oriented mindset

Strong project management, team management and client management skills

Experienced professional with ability to anticipate team needs and maintain a professional demeanor

Ability to communicate effectively, exercise good judgment in decision making, understand and synthesize complex issues, and support the execution of business strategy

Strong technical skills (Finance, Accounting and technological tools)

Strives for excellence in execution, thinks strategically, and builds collaborative relationships

Ability developing and implementing consistent procedures in a service environment

Data Visualization & Data Analytics skills (preferable)
