As a manager you will be responsible for managing large cross-organizational strategic programs and driving delivery on quarterly commitments aligned with strategic business goals based on client / business value.
You will be responsible for building the end-to-end project plan and managing the delivery of large complex cloud infrastructure programs.
This will involve partnering with Offering Management and Senior Engineering leadership on alignment with strategic objectives and working with architects and development teams to ensure delivery of programs on schedule.
You will be the responsible for the overall coordination and delivery and will be the primary point of contact for the business and delivery stakeholders.
In addition to the end-to-end project plan, you will be responsible for defining and driving software delivery, managing key cross-organizational dependencies, identification and resolution of issues and risks, managing effective change and prioritization, and providing key communication to all stakeholders.
You will be responsible for managing the aggregate cross-organizational resource allocation and budgets as applicable. You will collaborate across other program managers within the team who drive synergistic and sometimes overlapping programs.
You will be responsible for developing lessons learned as well as developing and continually refining program management best practices and reducing risk.
You will have a strong track record for delivery on technical programs, projects and products in a highly technical, dispersed multi-team environment.
And you will possess a clear understanding of cloud computing services, as well as software development and deployment architecture.
