New Hire Onboarding and Hiring Processes2. Follows HR + Payroll Calendar Activities3. Employee File & Documentation4. Creates Employment Contracts and Labor relations documents5.
Visa SEM issuing process6. Health Insurance and Private Pension Plan Employee Enrollment7. Human Resources Vendor payments8.
Internal company Loan management9. Management of Internship Program (Payments)10. Provide Ad hoc reports related to payroll and employee data from SAP system11.
Employee reimbursement process12. Social Security record card delivery (entrega de ficha de CSS)13. Issuing of Work Certification letters to employees14.
Communication with payroll and data management vendors15. Keep track of vacation days and provides monthly reports to Managers16.
Supports work permit renovation processes17. Manages all employee inquiries18. Administers Severance Fund (Progreso) (hires and terminations reporting)
