In this role, you will have the opportunity to :
Being support for our Operational Material Management (OMM) organization, to develop and implement projects across the assigned organization.
Our Process Engineer will be using systems and tools, combined with knowledge of our OMM process to manage the availability of material through the proper material Master Data setup, capacity planning, and purchase order management with internal and external suppliers.
You are responsible for :
Main point of contact for troubleshooting system error related to SAP or other systems.
Responsible for mapping and process improvement
Driving a culture of continuous improvement applying LEAN methodology and our Excellence Service Practices to improve process assigned in the OMM area.
Pro-actively embeds quality in products and processes while aligning with relevant business and regulatory requirements to deliver on our customer promise.
Actively drives integration across our end-to-end OMM process by identifying key drivers of value and influencing others to team up to win and increase operational goals.
Establishes, translates, and executes the short-term policy for the OMM process.
Initiates changes to OMM concepts in accordance with the supplier requirements leading to continuous improvements across the end-to-end process.
Drives OMM transformation towards digital capabilities through transparency / visibility and data-driven decision-making.
Support internal and external audits process.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineer or related field
3+ years’ equivalent leading projects
3 years of SAP experience
Project Management experience is required
Desirable background in continuous improvement applying LEAN methodology or similar.
Excellent English written and oral communication skills
The ability to work independently and effectively with cross-functional and virtual teams.
Ability to handle conflicting priorities, deal with pressure and constant change
This role is in Panama City, Panama.
