General :
Ensure application of the group management rules and procedures within your scope, in the administrative, financial and accounting fields, in relation with the other departments.
Ensure the reliability of the accounting and financial transcription of the operational activity of your scope
Manage your team
Advise operational staff and their superiors
Responsabilities :
Accounts, budgets and financial controle activities management to cater information needs of the board and company.
Plan, lead and coordinate the planning and preparation of annual operating budgets and long-term capital. Submit these for management for approval
Ensure that management accounts and other financial data are available and updated
Control preparation of financial statements, anticipate and ensure the connection accordingly with banks and other external organizations
Votre profil
Education requirement : Master degree in Finance
Desired Knowledge / Experience :
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Finance and Administrative management
Strong knowledge of international financial standards
Strong Synthesis abilities
Strong Analysis abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven track record of good leadership, developing people and interpersonal skills
Autonomous, highly meticulous and resourceful
Must be reliable and responsible
Open minded with foreign financial approach
Construction industry experience is an asset
Fluent in English
