As Human Resources Recruiter :
You will be responsible for end-to-end execution of business processes within Organization Units, Functions, Markets, etc.
You will lead the process communication, deployment, and continual improvements.
You will provide direction and coaching to employees / leaders, as well as ensuring deadlines are met.
You will own summary of outcomes, and after action review in order to have best in class insights and reporting.

3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high growth company,
A leadership style that is marked by empathy, inclusion and a people-first mindset.
Ability to assess recruiting capacity based on historic and real-time data. Strong data analytics skills.
An ability to push business partners to think differently, standing your ground when needed, but prioritizing relationships while doing so.
Experience communicating and working with cross-functional teams
Solid background in recruiting for the IT function is strongly desired.
Exposure to managing ATS ideally Workday
