The Strategy & Operations Coordinator will work hand-in-hand with the Territory Team to continuously fine-tune, execute and track progress on the initiatives for your Territory (country or group of countries), doing fast-paced, agile work to drive local metrics and results.

This is a significant role bringing together a three-sided marketplace and optimizing the food delivery process. This role calls for a combination of data analysis, critical thinking, creative problem solving, strong execution and interpersonal ability to work with multiple stakeholders from across the business, including Central Operations Team and Commercial Teams.

We are seeking a sharp and hands-on professional to support our Territory team, as we continue to grow our presence in Central America.

This is an opportunity to work on the daily functions that are at the core of the business. What you will do Develop, optimize and execute city-specific processes or campaigns needed in addition to national ones, to allow the business to efficiently operate and realize growth Track and supervise week-over-week progress on key territory metrics, providing adequate internal transparency and problem-solving (deep-diving and coming up with creative solutions) upon necessity, to help drive efficient and cost-effective growth to our platform.

Shift your focus between Eater, Restaurant, and Courier operations within a specific area / city, according to the priorities at each moment Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting models to assist city, geo and expansion efforts Own responsibility over various relevant tasks that must be executed sharply and fast Become part of an amazing, diverse and high-performing team What you will need 2-4+ years of work experience in startup, strategy, operations, analytics, consulting, finance, engineering or a variety of other specialty roles with proven track record in quantitative fields Bachelors dregree in : Operations, Business, Economy, Finance, Engineering or similar Data-driven decision making ability and sound business judgment through deep analytical thinking Experience in problem solving, prioritizing and deconstructing complex problems Strong communication skills and ability to get along with internal and external partners
