  • Ensure that you respond to all the mails addressed to Regional Ops, before EOS.
  • Ensure that you respond to all the stakeholder’s requests addressed to Regional Ops, such as the mails for EDD report retrieval.
  • To ensure that the you respond to all request mails addressed to Regional Ops, within 2 hours.
  • Ensure that you clear the PSA que real-time and do the case activation and allocation accurately, before EOS.
  • Ensure that you clear the Action Centre que for manual orders real-time and does the case creation, activation and allocation accurately, before EOS.
  • Ensure that you do all the Pre-checks appropriately, before case activation.
  • Ensure both the PSA and CET SP platforms are worked upon, simultaneously.
  • Ensure that the mandatory Vendor / BI tasks are assigned on PSA, while case activation and allocation.
  • Support CS / CSM / SAM for creating new cases in the system and ensure all information is accurately recorded.
  • Ensure all Order Forms and / or Client Proposals are received correctly from the CM / SM / SAM and uploaded into the systems.
  • Client onboarding, orders validation and activation on PSA workflow system. Here are the Activation Requirements :
  • AAT will conduct the initial checks to ensure basic requirements meets to commence the research.

  • Duplicate Checks
  • Sanctioned Countries
  • Scope of Work
  • And accurate customer billing information for Invoicing purposes

  • Available Customer Contract
  • Correct Customer Purchase Order
  • Correct Customer Entity
  • Correct Pricing
  • Support the management in planning for the delivery schedule for projects, based on research capacity.
  • Escalate the matter to the manager or higher authorities as per SOP, in-case of challenges in accommodating the case with the respective office.
  • Ensure all the training material is organized in CET Share Point and up to date.
  • To ensure there is zero negligence, while case creation, activation and allocation and case detail amendments
  • Work with enablement team to develop PSA / New platform and an order delivery function, to bring higher efficiency and meet the risk control expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in planning for operational capacities and process improvement.
  • Overall, to ensure all cases are created and allocated in a timely manner, to avoid any delay or impact to the business.
  • Always adhere to Risk and Control Guidelines / Data Handling Standards.
  • Perform weekly or monthly management reporting tasks, as and when assigned, along with any assigned ad hoc tasks.
  • If BCP is evoked, to ensure you are managing case creation, activation, and allocations supporting different regional members of CET.
