Ensure all Order Forms and / or Client Proposals are received correctly from the CM / SM / SAM and uploaded into the systems.

Work with enablement team to develop PSA / New platform and an order delivery function, to bring higher efficiency and meet the risk control expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in planning for operational capacities and process improvement.
Overall, to ensure all cases are created and allocated in a timely manner, to avoid any delay or impact to the business.
Always adhere to Risk and Control Guidelines / Data Handling Standards.
Perform weekly or monthly management reporting tasks, as and when assigned, along with any assigned ad hoc tasks.
If BCP is evoked, to ensure you are managing case creation, activation, and allocations supporting different regional members of CET.
