The individual who fills the Business Application Analyst will be part of a dynamic team, working with cutting-edge technologies.
The team is responsible for the business applications of the company.
In this position, you will oversee Selina Business Applications, such as NetSuite ERP, ZOHO CRM, Smartsheet platform, integrations, and other tools.
you will partner with our corporate teams to gather business / product requirements, design solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, implement and maintain the application and related integrations to ensure the delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
Administration and support of Selina business applications and tools such as financial applications, CRM applications, project management, and more.
Gather and analyze business requirements, write solution design and implement it into the systems.
Manage system access, user roles saved searches, forms, reports, dashboard, workflows, and third-party extensions.
Ensure version upgrades are tested and implemented successfully.
Monitor / initiate data loads
Document configuration and application changes as well as training.
Maintain and improve system integrity.
Assist with any additional requirements of the IS department.
Relevant Education :
Bachelors in Industrial engineering, Information Systems, Business,
Required Professional Experience
Two years plus of experience in Information system analyst and a project manager or related technological position(global companies an advantage)
Strong professional experience in business application implementations and support(CRM, ERP’s, g-suite, office, etc.)
Deep understanding of governance, controls, Audit, and validation methods in systems.
Outstanding analytical, troubleshooting capabilities, and QA.
Experience with creating solution design guides as well as training stakeholders.
Ability to work in a team environment for positive outcomes and generating trust.
