The Recruiter for SSG most recruits the best talent possible in Panama and Colon to support our open position in Panama and/or the United States for corporate positions. He / She will be responsible for the quality and knowledge the new candidates will bring to the company. Must be proficient in Microsoft Packages and fast learner for any other platform the company may decide to use.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
· Seeking out top talent using a variety of online recruitment platforms.
· Support candidates in the hiring process.
· Conduct the entire recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
· Conducting initial screening and providing hiring recommendations to the teams.
· Schedule external candidates interview with hiring managers
· Minimum 2 years in the full recruitment cycle.
· Prior Call center experience is desirable.
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· Strong networking and communication skills
· Excellent organization and multitasking skills
· Must be Fluent in English
· Must be able to work rotating shifts
· Must be able to work under minimal supervision
· Working from Home 50% of the time.
· Salary Range> $900.00 - $1,300.00.
