The Customer Experience Agent is responsible for owning / managing the customer experience of her / his customers as well as executing the shipment arrangement from customer booking, coordinating to vendors for relevant modalities such as ocean vessel movement, truck, and documentation.

On the customer service initiative, the person is responsible for identifying issues proactively, build strong relationship with customers and identify solution which benefit both Maersk and customer.

Manage the chain of transport from origin to destination for LCL cargo

  • Coordination with origin colleagues in ensuring timely follow up and reporting of deviations.
  • Continuous monitoring of on water business.
  • Destination handling and coordination advising of containers, customs processes, and last mile delivery.
  • Coordination with local agent
  • Development of existing customer solutions, opportunity for improvement ideas.
  • Maintain and develop customer relationship.
  • Keep the internal and customer KPIs on the high level
  • Follow up on daily reporting and system update
