Job Title : Regional Sales Manager

Responsible for the growth of the Active Base of Prepaid & Postpaid Users, availability of recharge, availability of payment points, management of the different channels / dealers / distributors in the region and network availability.

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for building your work team with direct staff and through our partners (dealers & distributors).
  • Management of the active user base, generating feedback to the CVM team on the main drivers of the clients in their region to stay with Digicel.
  • Provide constant feedback to the network operations and maintenance team to guarantee its availability and a good experience for our users.
  • Identify the performance gaps in each of the channels and develop strategic and tactical action plans to maintain the performance of each of the channels.
  • Analyze the P&L of the region / channel / dealer (if possible) to identify spaces for improvement by store or across the channel and improve channel performance.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on the brand's visibility, generating recommendations to improve its performance and vision.
  • Academic qualifications and experience required :

  • Bachelor / Engineering in Business, Industrial, Sales or Marketing
  • Master of Business / Business Administration (desirable)
  • Extensive sales experience
  • Channel management through third parties
  • Extensive training in operational, financial and performance management.
  • Distributor / partner management
  • Ideally with experience within the industry in similar positions, or at least with experience in Mass Consumption.
  • Microsoft Suite Advanced
  • Bilingual Spanish / English
