SUMMARY :

Responsible for the inspection and maintenance of life support equipment and conducts aircrew training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Maintain records on inspection.
  • Maintain expiration dates and supply inspects and records all controlled items used in first aid kits and vests.
  • Maintain safety procedures and cleanliness of shop.
  • Maintain library of ALSE regulations, procedures, and technical manuals.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization policies and applicable laws.
  • Position requires a U.S. security clearance.
  • Position may require domestic and / or international travel.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • EDUCATION REQUIRED :

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • PREFERRED :

  • CMF 92 Supply &Services MOS series or other military / commercial equivalent; 92R MOS
  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

  • Minimum seven years experience in aviation life support equipment servicing, inspection, and maintenance.
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience for lead applicants.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Spanish Language and Reading Level 2 qualified (LATAM ONLY)
  • As a condition of employment, all candidates must be able to obtain a clearance, pass a physical to deploy, successfully complete a urinalysis and criminal background check and show proof of COVID 19 vaccination
