Job Description

Responsible for Tax, Cash & Profitability planning and execution within the CANDEAN Region (Central America and Caribbean, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay)

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Tax Planning, Governance & Oversight of tax operation activities, proactively evaluating risks & implementing mitigating actions.
  • Local Profitability forecast and Transfer Price analysis, negotiations and documentation.
  • Global Credit Management Strategy applied to the country (e.g. factoring, customer scenarios modelling)
  • Group cash and liquidity strategic direction (for medium and long term)
  • Treasury oversight : hedging / FX management; in house bank management; treasury directive; bank relationship management, contracts with banks; management of IC netting
  • Review and maintain pension plans
  • Deputy of CCFO for FSC Oversight and for Corporate Finance tasks & responsibilities related to CANDEAN Affiliates (Board of Directors, M&As, IP contracts, etc.)
  • Minimum requirements

  • Accountant preferred.
  • Proficient in English & Spanish
  • 6-8 years of Financial experience, with in-depth functional expertize in Treasury, Tax & Statutory reporting. Transfer price experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-national, cross-functional, matrix organization previous experience in leading Financial Services.
  • SAP knowledge
  • Experience of handling projects driving performance (desirable)
  • Good people skills, leadership, strategic mind-set, drives results, communication skills and situational adaptability.
