Job Summary : Evaluates and treats patients in the home in need of Occupational Therapy services. Establishes and implements treatment programs in accordance with physician orders.
Communicates and coordinates care with other members of the interdisciplinary team. Reports to Rehabilitation Manager.
Minimum Requirements : Graduate of an accredited AOTA program required. Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 1 year experience providing Occupational Therapy services in an acute care or rehab setting.
Must be flexible to meet patient care needs and travel to patient care assignments over a multi-county area. Basic computer skills required.
Ability to perform duties with accuracy and attention to detail. Must be able to work weekends and holidays if needed to meet patient care needs.
Preferred Qualifications : Master's degree preferred.
Previous Home Health experience preferred.
Licensure and Certifications : Current Occupational Therapist(OTR / L) license in the state of Pennsylvannia.
Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
