J ob Purpose
Design new digital products and channels or improve existing ones within the context of the New digital development Process.
The Digital Product Development Manager will work closely with Digital Project Management and Commercial teams to ensure technical support during the implementation phase.

Provides support to Program Manager and Operations to guarantee product or process implementation and time to revenue
Collect, organize and structure information required to translate commercial insights or requirements into feasible products
Provide support to the commercial team to deliver an appropriate user experience
Job Qualifications : Qualifications
6+ years in solution development and implementation in digital projects.
Managerial experience in medium to large size organizations
A born product development native with substantial knowledge on product definition, development, and life cycle management.
Proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership and driving results; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning, task delegation and coordination across functional teams, including technical, engineering, marketing, design and commercial teams
Agile / Scrum
Telecom and / or digital product development experience
Passionate about the possibilities (and challenges) of an increasingly digitally enabled world.

Effective communicator and presenter.
A team player, able to work well in global / local environments and influence them.
Able to build relationships and credibility quickly.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
