Give administrative assistance to Marketing & Shopper Manager with the agenda and all business-related topics. Also, give support on personal matters when needed.

Business Travel Logistics, buy tickets, hotel reservations, transfers, agenda, meeting rooms reservations and do expense reports in Concur.

Meetings - Organization of meetings and internal training of the department. Take minutes of weekly meetings, to follow up on the different points to be executed by the team, coordination of transfers and accommodation of GSK executives.

Documents - Responsible for keeping the non-exclusive distribution contracts, ABAC, Due Diligence, updated and duly filed, as well as the documentation addressed to our distributors.

Administrative support to Country Business Development Managers with business travels. Purchase Orders - carry out and monitor the creation and / or modification of suppliers, process purchase orders while monitoring the approval of them through Ariba Tool for different support functions (Legal, Quality, Finance).

Academic degree in Business Administration, Sales or similar. English level : advanced. Experience in similar role for 3 years. SAP- Ariba.
