Leverage SMS standard reports within the analytical library to perform root cause analysis and pervasive issue identification, provide advice and counsel based on deep business knowledge (e.
g., brand, channel, industry), and recommend actions for gap closure.Drive sales cadence process with sales leaders by utilizing standard deliverables, IBM Sales Dashboard (ISD) content along with On-the-Glass usage / guidance, sales pipeline review documents for use during the cadence meeting.
Support the Sales Managers in finalizing the business unit bi-weekly roadmaps and ensures use of ATLAS as the single source of pipeline / roadmap / deal list information.
Deliver win / loss trends and integrates with other standard metrics to identify actions to improve win odds and sales results.
Help the sales managers and their sales teams to increase odds to win by leveraging recommendations, insights and analytics from the Client Experience (CX) for Sales COE team.
