In this role you will have the opportunity to provide excellent quality admin assistance for our people processes across the full employee life cycle to help embed the organization values.

The Employee Experience Analyst (EEA) will work closely with the Human Resources team to help to create an inspiring place to work while maintaining an atmosphere of care, trust, and ownership.

You will be responsible for :

  • Act as first point of contact for all HR enquires in person, through phone calls and STRI OHR Helpdesk e-mail, routes concerns to the appropriate HR representative and maintains the Service Report updated.
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of employee recognition program that acknowledges outstanding performance, work anniversaries and other HR-related activities.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing ongoing employee experience engagement, HR communications, tactics, and events in coordination with The Diversity Manager, HR Team, EAP team and Communications.
  • Assist HR Office on creating and implementing employee feedback surveys, compile the results and recommendations to management on what to do based on the data.
  • Responsible for most Human Resources purchase orders, employee documentation and letters
  • Organize paperwork for signature of the Human Resources Director.
  • Maintains up to date all STRI personnel information.
  • Maintain employee files for completeness to ensure all compliance training, development, disciplinary actions, and performance are included.
  • Support the Office of Human Resources in the coordination of meetings, events, interviews, tours, visit to facilities, etc.
  • Responsible for all Human Resources office supplies.
  • Support HR team in diverse HR activities as needed.
  • To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or studies in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related areas.
  • Skills in basic computer functions, including MS Office Suite.
  • Customer service attitude and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff (orally and written).
  • Ability to communicate with and relate to a wide range of people in a multicultural environment
  • English is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Organization and administrative skills.
  • Confidentiality in the handling of all processes.

    The scope of the STRI Employee Experience Analyst is to create and maintain a positive, rewarding work environment. The goal is to develop an organization that attracts and retains talented employees and provide administrative assistant to the Office of Human Resources.

    Personal Contacts

    Contacts are employees of STRI and SI, and fellows, interns and other affiliated. People contacted generally are engaged in different functions and facilities.

    Purpose of Contacts

    The purpose of contacts is to support the operations of the Human Resources Department and enabling STRI as an employer of Choice in Panama.

    Physical Demands

    The work ranges is sedentary with occasional visits to the facilities in remote settings which may require a moderate amount of walking.

    Some activities may require climbing a ladder to reach employee records.

    Work Enviroment

    The work is performed in an office setting, adequately lighted, heated and ventilated
