Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :
Provide administrative support to the SLT team and organise SLT level meetings and events including visits of global guests.
Key Responsibilities :
Calendar management (Outlook)
Organization of business trips for the SLT (including visa application when required)
Prepare and settle expense reports for the SLT team members. Ensure follow-up.
Treat all the information with high level of confidentiality
Plan and organize VIP visits (regional and global guests)
Support the organization of SLT workshops and team events to ensure smooth execution. Assist events as directed.
Organize meeting agendas, attend meetings, take minutes and distribute actions items.
Support in coordinating and scheduling meetings where all SLT members are required
Perform key project work and support ad hoc administrative requests, as required
Prepare and revise presentations using PowerPoint, excel, word, etc.
Provide back up for executive assistant in his / her absence
Provide interpretation and translation for non-Spanish speakers for personal documents, calls, online bookings on non-English sites etc.
