Location : Panama
Reporting to : HR Manager
Provide HR services for Travel Retail Americas and Local Market LATAM business units based in Panama.
Main Functions & Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition :
Act as an internal resourcing consultant providing advice on all areas of recruitment and ensure excellent communication with the internal clients, understanding their challenges, keeping in mind the Company goals in terms of profiles and drive change to improve how we recruit the best talent into Puig
Partner with HR head and hiring managers to assess their talent needs and advising on the best hiring strategy
End-to-end candidate recruitment management, focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
Manage relationships with a small list of recruitment preferred suppliers and other external organizations including business schools and consultancies
On-board the newcomers in coordination with all the departments involved (administration, IT, hiring managers...), ensuring a smooth landing and a great experience for the newcomer
Responsible of creating newcomers on the different systems and vendors of Puig
In charge of introducing presentation for the newcomers
Payroll & Benefits :
Manage the payroll process based on Panamanian Laws through an external provider
Execute of the payment order related to payroll and HR Department
Management of staff benefits as medical insurance, relationship with vendors for Panama
Attracting new benefits suppliers for the permanent staff
Legal , Work Permits & Visa :
Coordinated with layer work permit or SEM visa process based on Panamanian Laws.
Requirements : Experience :
At least 3 years of significant experience on recruitment, onboarding and HR administration process
Experience managing talent acquisition tools and selection tests
Demonstrated excellence skills on process management
University Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or similar
Master’s Degree in HR Management will be an advantage
Fluent in Spanish & English is required. A third language is an asset.
