Lead
Mobile Application Developer
to produce scalable software solutions within Android and iOS. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.
As a Lead Mobile App Developer, you will work with our development team to oversee the creation and maintenance of custom mobile apps for our clients, and will collaborate with our design team to proactively identify areas of risk and propose possible solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Helping with the design and development of software
Testing and debugging software to keep it optimized
Writing clean code for the front and back end of the software
Designing user interactions on the web application itself
Creating servers and databases for the back end of the software
Ensuring cross-platform compatibility and optimization
Testing and maintaining the responsive design of applications
Working with graphic designers to design new features
Developing APIs and RESTful services
Keeping up with technological advances to optimize their software
Communicating effectiveness of emerging technologies to decision makers
Considering security, maintenance, scalability, and more when developing
General
Panamanian citizen, or resident with a work permit
Proven experience as a Mobile Application Developer
Degree in Computer Science or relevant field is a plus
English knowledge is a plus

Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App Store or Android market
In-depth knowledge of a least one programming language : Kotlin, Swift
Knowledge of mobile programming frameworks : React Native, Flutter

Familiarity with OOP design principles
Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
Ability to perform in a team environment
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
