  • Works fully remote and / or onsite at the Dell Panama Site to manage and execute Dell Managed Deployment and ProDeploy project(s) from initiation through delivery.
  • Manage projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Lead and coordinate all project activities, allocate work, provide guidance to project team.
  • Organizes the interdepartmental activities for both client and internal Dell support resources ensuring completion of the project / product on schedule.
  • Works directly with customers over the phone to align the solution sold by Dell Sales.
  • Aligns with Dell Sales, Customers, Solutioning and Internal Organizations as needed to drive operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
  • Complete deliverables accurately and timely, conduct periodic reviews to ensure project is on track.
  • Individual will report to the Departmental Manager and take direction from both Team Lead(s), Sales Teams & Customers dependent upon the solution sold to the customer.
  • Accountable for delivering projects on time, weekly status reports, deployment schedules, identifying risk and issues / escalation reporting.
  • Works with Resource Management on project staffing.
  • Prepares estimated time to complete, responsible for Quality Assurance and ensure project is delivered to scope.
  • Participates in customer discussions, meetings, schedule and planning as required
  • Technical Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Project Management / IT Technical experience.
  • Domain knowledge of Managed Deployment and ProDeploy Projects.
  • Previous experience with IT Client-type customer projects or deployments.
  • Prefer knowledge of Dell Support & Deployment Services.
  • Excellent understanding and experience of Dell's PC Life-cycle end to end Processes .
  • High level of English
  • Competences :

  • Excellent communication skills / soft skills including written and verbal communication
  • Strong organization skills with a proactive mentality.
  • Ability to project what-if scenarios to both prioritize and plan, avoid pitfalls, and address Customer / Sales needs without escalation.
  • Strong relationship driven personality, teamwork, ability to multitask, manage stress and flexibility with managing time / priorities.
