We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who can perform with high sense of responsibility and commitment. If you have the desire to grow personally and professionally, this is your opportunity.

As an Administrative assistant your responsibilities will be : Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.

Answer phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors. Carrie out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

Provides information by answering questions and requests. Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.

We are looking for the following Skills : Reporting Skills Administrative Writing Skills Managing Processes Organization Analyzing Information Professionalism Problem Solving Supply Management Inventory Control Verbal Communication Requirement : Degree on Accounting, Business Administration, Finances or related.

Advance Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory) 2 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or related position.
