Key Responsibilities : Increase comp productivity (ns / sqm), driving franchise channel profitability.Track business performance, monitoring in a weekly and daily basis stores KPIs and develop action plans against results, always pursuing comp growth in net sales, CR%, and work cross-functionally to drive traffic, increase UPT and ASP.
To be the one point of contact for the franchisee partner back office providing Accountability, Efficiency and Simplicity to the channelProvide regular support to franchisee partner back office for achieving commercial success by benchmarking with OR and supplying with available tools and best practices that can strengthen retail execution in franchise doorsEvaluate & propose opportunities in partner's organization and give recommendations to improve sell out.
Give recommendations on recruitment of key staff to deliver on global policies and proceduresLead cross-functional operating rhythm with a sell out mindset to ensure alignment and to promote 360 plans to tackle risks, pursue opportunities and generate best practices for the franchise business to achieve expected targets and create best in class consumer experienceFollow up with Key Account Manager(s) and B&T on OB conversion and opportunities based on sell out results, always prioritizing on campaign and key stories availability to seize launches opportunities and keep stores with a balanced and fresh product offerVisit top Store on regular basis (virtually at least once per month, and physically based on travel schedule) to evaluate proper execution of established policies, procedure, initiatives and directives regarding store operations, visual merchandising, staff training and in-store marketing for franchisee stores.
Ensure learnings are replicated throughout all franchise doors in scope.Deploy Training plans to the Franchisee staff on Productivity and Operating Rhythm.
