The role of the Enterprise Functional Digital Architect is focused on translating the customer digital experience requirements into the high-level design for an end to end solution including the required integrations and the changes in subcomponents to form an automation of customer interactions through various channels to the back-end systems.
Digital experiences include but not limited to eCommerce, eCare, Assisted Channels of service and electronic payment methods.
Responsible on translating the business requirements into functional and technical requirements from an end to end point of view
Partner with business and technology teams to architect and tune solutions that improve the customer digital journey
Provides strategic consultation to assigned line-of-business customers, or generally, in defining or designing business processes, functions and organizational structures.
Liaise between business and technical teams to find the most appropriate solution for the business needs
Participation in vendor evaluations
Ensure tactical changes are in alignment with the technical roadmap as required
Conduct feasibility studies to understand incoming requests and assess the functional and cost implications of those requests
Collaborates with the IT Delivery organizations on the Low-Level Design and participates in the sign off of the low-level design for overall technical architecture to meet quality, functional design, and nonfunctional requirements including sizing and performance.
Collaborate with commercial organization, IT Demand management, technical architecture, B2C & B2B Delivery, IT Delivery, IT Operations regarding the progress of the demand request and transition into the delivery organization
Bachelor level, Information Technology and / or comparable technical engineering degree
Fluent in English & Spanish
Strong customer communication and negotiation skills
Critical experience in Digital Systems ; Systems and architectures focused on customer interactions in both assisted and unassisted channels.
Minimum of five years of IT experience with a focus on translating business requirements of the customer journey
Deep knowledge of use of digital architecture and customer experience a
Expert knowledge in the digital architecture domain (including social media, multi-channel and collaboration.
Experience with retail channels of service, POS, Kiosk, Partners
Strong knowledge and experience of the End to End telco BSS / OSS stack
Strong middleware experience and knowledge; TMForum API Preferred
Strong understanding of customer interaction channels
Proven experience engaging effectively with executive and senior level management.
Demonstrable experience of working in a large telco in a complex operational environment collaborating with cross-functional teams
