You are responsible for

Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals.

Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance.

Administers company policies that directly affect subordinate employees. Recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policies.

Management reviews work to measure meeting of objectives.

Manages a larger portfolio in size and more complex account base

Possibility of being in a team lead role

Ensure directives are followed and exceptional actions taken as a result to remediate a mistake remain an exception and escalated if necessary

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

Preferred Bachelor Degree

2 years of related experience in the sphere, preferably in a shared service environment

A professional candidate with a strong collections background in business to business collections with a customer service / retention mindset.

A minimum of 2 years of experience working with a multimillion dollar portfolio.

Experience in working with collection software a plus, not required.

SAP or similar ERP accounting application experience preferred.

Knowledge or experience working with Excel specifically (Vlook up and pivot tables)

Understanding of PCI (payment card industry) Sox compliance (internal control standards) in a collections environment preferred.

Experience within the healthcare or medical manufacturing industry is beneficial.
