What the role is

This position will be reporting to the VP of Revenue Management & Reservations that is based in Madrid. This position ideally should be based in Panama but other options could be considered such as Madrid or countries in the surroundings of Panama.

What you will be doing

  • Manage, lead, motivate and inspired our team of Central Reservation Agents in Panama.
  • Improve the dynamics and efficiency of our Central Reservation Office.
  • Coordinate, communicate and work very closely with other departments such as Sales, Operations and Marketing to secure the Central Reservation Office meets its goals.
  • Promote direct sales through chat, email and calls.
  • Improve the technological and reporting environment in place in the Central Reservation Office.
  • What you need for the role

  • At least 6 years experience in a leading role in a hotel Central Reservation Office
  • Education (desirable)
  • Business Administration

    Hospitality Management


  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Good in analytics
  • Great communicator
  • Great leadership skills
  • Expert in optimizing processes and efficiency
